Our website uses Tasjeel hosting for its public gateway and static files and Cloudflare Workers for application processing. Our company email mailbox is hosted by Tasjeel. Customers may choose to communicate with us through WhatsApp, which operates under its own provider terms and privacy policy.

Our website includes a Google Maps office map and OpenFreeMap community maps. External maps load only after a visitor allows them through the website's map or Cookie Settings controls. OpenFreeMap uses OpenStreetMap data and states that its public map service does not use cookies; map requests still disclose technical request information to the map provider.

When website enquiry forms are enabled, we use Resend to deliver the enquiry details you submit to our company mailbox at info@redcarpetrealestate.ae. These details include your contact information, enquiry content and any preferences or optional marketing choice you provide. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse and verify submissions. Cloudflare Workers processes enquiries, and Cloudflare D1 stores limited technical records used for delivery tracking, duplicate detection and rate limiting. These D1 records do not contain your enquiry message or contact details. We do not currently use a CRM. We review relevant provider arrangements before activation or a material provider change.

Because we communicate with international clients and may use third-party technology providers, personal information may be processed outside the UAE.

Where transfers are legally restricted, appropriate measures required by applicable law will be taken.

We do not represent that all information is stored exclusively within the UAE.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legitimate business needs and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Retention depends on the nature of the information, business relationship and applicable requirements.

Information no longer required will be deleted or anonymised as appropriate, subject to legal obligations.

Enquiry correspondence may remain in our company mailbox and relevant delivery-provider systems under their applicable retention arrangements. Deleting a website technical record does not automatically delete email correspondence or provider-held records. We review these records and arrangements in line with the purposes and obligations described in this policy.

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and risks involved to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss.

No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may have rights to:
